An e-mail and text message blast has gone to our patients and families to reschedule appointments if have active symptoms or have been sick in the last two weeks.
A STOP sign has been placed on the front and back doors of the office to which asks families with active symptoms not to enter the office and call to reschedule appointments
If patients enter the office and are noticed to have active symptoms they are identified at the check-in area, given a mask to wear and are asked to reschedule their appointments.
Respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette infection control measures are used.
Hand washing stations, hand sanitizer and self-feed tissue boxes are available throughout the office.
Dental team members wash hands before and after patients contact and donning gloves.
Frequent cleaning and disinfection strategies are utilized during the work day, including wiping down dental equipment, chairs, counter tops, desks, waiting room area, door handles, video games, and children’s toys, etc…
Team members experiencing symptoms should not report to work.
